The RUBIX World Cup AI Tipping Competition (“the Game”) is a free-to-play prediction game run by RUBIX (“we”, “us”) for the entertainment of its staff and invited participants. You predict match outcomes, earn points and appear on a leaderboard. That’s it.

The Game is an independent, unofficial fan activity. It is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed, sponsored by or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, any national or international football association, confederation, broadcaster, team, sponsor or governing body. All team, country, tournament and competition names, logos and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. No official emblems or marks are used.

The Game is for entertainment only. It is not a betting, wagering, gambling or lottery service. No purchase or payment is required to participate, no stake, bet or wager is placed, and no money is staked or won. Points and leaderboard positions have no monetary value. Any prizes are awarded at our discretion as a goodwill gesture, are not contingent on any payment by participants, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.

The Game uses automated and AI-generated content, including suggested tips, match summaries, commentary and emails. This content is provided “as is” for entertainment only, may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and must not be relied upon for any purpose — including, without limitation, as a basis for any real-world betting, wagering, financial or other decision. Match results and scores shown may contain errors; the Game’s scoring is final at our discretion.

Nothing in the Game is financial, betting, investment, legal or other professional advice.

Participation is voluntary and intended for RUBIX staff and invited participants. Keep tipping names and content appropriate; we may remove participants or content at our discretion.

To run the Game we collect your name and email address and send you game-related emails (e.g. result recaps), which you can opt out of at any time via your account or the unsubscribe link in any email. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and RUBIX’s privacy practices.

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or end it, or any feature, round or prize, at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUBIX and its personnel are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, or from reliance on any content (including AI-generated content) within it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
